THANK YOU!

Your generous support helps build lasting friendships between Sequim and Shisō through cultural exchanges, community events, and educational programs. We’re grateful to have you as part of this growing international connection!

How can I donate?

Donations to Sequim-Shisō Sister City Association need to be sent to Japan-America Society of the State of Washington (JASSW). You can use their online portal using the button above.

Click the “Sequim-Shiso Exchange” bubble to ensure your donation goes to SSSCA. If you'd like to be more specific, you can write in the comment section.

Donations by check can be mailed to: Japan-America Society of the State of Washington, 3010 77th Ave SE, Suite 102, Mercer Island WA 98040.

Why do donations go through the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington (JASSW)?

Due to insurance and legal requirements, the Sequim-Shisō Sister City Association operates as an associate program of the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington.

This partnership helps us stay covered under their liability insurance and maintain not-for-profit compliance. As a result, donations to support our programs must first be processed through JASSW.

From there, the funds are directed to us for our local events, exchanges, and activities.

When donating, please be sure to note “For Sequim-Shisō Sister City Association” on your check or online form, so the funds are properly routed.

We’re grateful for your support and thank you for helping us maintain this valuable international connection!
